At Service Universe, our focus is on establishing a marketplace that is accessible, cost-effective, dependable, and secure. To achieve this goal, we have implemented several security measures to meet safety standards. The provider's Business profile is a critical component of these security measures.
Our team will evaluate your Business profile to determine your eligibility as a service provider. Please ensure that you complete the Essentials sections of the profile first. The Promotional sections can enhance your profile and should be filled out after your service provider account has been approved and activated.

Business location
The provider's business location will determine which service requests will be available to them. Our geo-locator will include all new requests within a 75km radius of the location. Please enter the location using one of the following options:
Approximate Location: Indicate your home location or the catchment area (e.g., Brentwood, Burnaby, BC).
Exact Location: Provide the address of your business. This option is for services delivered at the provider's location.
Please select the appropriate option based on where your services are primarily delivered.
Documents
Providers are required to submit identification and other documents for a background check to ensure the safety and security of the platform. This process helps verify the identity of providers and confirms that they meet certain eligibility criteria, such as age requirements or professional qualifications.
Please review the list of options and upload at least 2-3 scans or photos of the documents. If submitting on behalf of a business, please include the authorization document. Do not upload any financial, banking, or personal information.
If no business identification is available, entrepreneurs can upload scans of at least two IDs in conjunction with completing the Stripe CONNECT section.
Stripe CONNECT
Service Universe CANADA has partnered with the secure payment provider Stripe, Inc.
Provider's earnings can only be redeemed via a Stripe CONNECT account. All service providers are required to complete this mandatory step.
Click Connect with Stripe to link or create a Stripe CONNECT account. You'll be directed to the secure registration page. Follow the prompts to complete the registration.

A promo video is a brief video clip typically created for promotional purposes. Its primary goal is to capture the audience's attention quickly and convey key information about a product, service, event, or idea in a concise and engaging manner.

Submit pictures showcasing your craftsmanship or completed projects. Ensure that the images clearly demonstrate your skills and experience.
Service categories
We engage in continuous learning. Therefore, when providers need to adjust the scope of their skills, they have the option to activate or deactivate specific service sub-categories.
